Meet the Instructor: Raeanne McLaughlin, Healthcare Consultant, Hinman Straub, P.C.

Raeanne McLaughlin, Healthcare Consultant, joined the Hinman Straub Health Team in 2022. Ms. McLaughlin brings a wealth of operational experience to serve our clients, including over 14 years as a New York State Assisted Living Administrator during her 29 years in Senior Care. Her success in leading communities to meet regulatory standards, exceed consumer expectations, build successful staff and achieve and maintain financial stability make her a source of valuable insights and guidance for our clients.

Ms. McLaughlin is an accomplished lecturer in the areas of Behavioral Health, Operational Best Practice, Quality Assurance and Creating a Positive Workforce Culture. In addition to her Assisted Living experience, she has professional experience in Nursing Home and Adult Day Care operations as well as Geriatric Psychiatry, Behavioral and Pharmaceutical Research and Neuropsychological Evaluation and Assessment, giving her a diverse background to understand the challenges facing our clients and craft practical solutions that address their needs.
