ESAAL is pleased to offer a comprehensive training for Assisted Living professionals in New York. We are partnering with Substantial Compliance Consulting Group, a highly respected consulting firm that specializes in Assisted Living to bring you a new Adult Care Facility regulatory training series.
Program Description & Goals: This training program is presented using the current NYSDOH ACF/ALR regulations as the core to all learning. This approach offers an understanding of the regulations, as well as DOH expectations, historical interpretations and industry trends. It's designed to provide key personnel in the Adult Care industry with essential information that lends itself to effective operations, quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Who Should Attend: Adult Home/ALR Administrators, EH/SNALR Program Coordinators, Resident Services; Case Managers, Social Workers, Nurses, Owners/Operators
Class Format: The training is offered online in a video chat setting. You will be able to see your fellow classmates & presenters, as well as ask questions, comments, etc.! The classes will be twice per week, for 6 weeks. Each class will be 2 hours in length.
Class Dates: Tues 11/5, Thur 11/7, Tues 11/12, Thur 11/14, Tues 11/19, Tues 11/26, Tues 12/3, Thur 12/5, Tues 12/10, Thur 12/12, Tues 12/17, Thur 12/19
Class time: 2:00pm-4:00pm
CEU's: 21 CEU credits will be awarded for full attendance to all LIVE BROADCASTS only. Partial attendance will result in partial CEU credits awarded.
Cost: ESAAL Members $899 Non-Members $999 *The Fall 2024 Session is ARPA eligible for staff other than Administrators.
This training is sold as a complete series, single-session sign-ups are not available.

Please note that a minimum of 30 registrants is required, otherwise the session may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation due to low registrations, you will be contacted by ESAAL with the option of transferring your registration to the Fall 2024 session or a refund.
