• Reminder that if your facility is an ESAAL Member, everyone who works there qualifies for the member rate.  Be sure to sign in to receive the member rate.  If you don't have a username & password, email Cara or Karen to get set up PRIOR TO REGISTERING.
• If you get a message that says "Registration Coming Soon", please try clearing your browsing history/cookies & try again.

• Administrators & Executive Directors are “Key Contact” that can register other people within their facility by using the “Register Linked Profile” button. This applies to both members & non-members. CLICK HERE for a handy guide to registering other people.

• Ex: You are the ED registering your new case manager who has not attended an ESAAL event.  You log in with your UN & PW and start typing their info over the auto-filled info (your details).
• This deletes your contact info & you will no longer receive ESAAL emails, like Member Alerts.

Event Policies

Registration for the annual conference must be paid in full by April 13, 2025.  If payment is not received by the deadline, your registration will be cancelled.  If you still want to attend the conference, you will need to complete a new registration at the prevailing rate & pay with a credit card at that time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing via email by 5:00pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less $150 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline (5:00pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025) will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event (no-shows). Cancellations will be accepted in writing via email only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. If you are unable to attend, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge, but ESAAL must be notified of the change prior to arrival.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ESAAL meetings, conferences, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ESAAL's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio tapes of such events activities. Unless you inform ESAAL in writing via email that you object, permission is assumed.

GDPR/Info sharing:  Registration to ESAAL’s Annual Conference & Trade Show also constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ESAAL to share their name, workplace, work address, work email, & work phone number with exhibitors, presenters & sponsors prior to & immediately following the event.  Unless you inform ESAAL in writing via email that you object, permission is assumed.
