Our associate of the first quarter is the most amazing caregiver! Inette Benjamin leads with her heart. She is always proactive and ensures the care she is providing is always person-centered. The residents did video testimonies due to their happiness with new carpeting in common areas and flooring in dining room. Just a real excitement seeing their pleasure with new surroundings and many more to come with destinations to be set up on the new flooring. We had a tour for a potential new resident, and they were commenting on how beautiful the facility is. A current resident's family was walking by and told the potential resident's family that they will love it here. Then walked away and came back to tell them really you will love it here, mom is so happy. It was very meaningful.
